The time has come for UF Malmö to open applications to its board and committees for the operational year of 2025/2026. This dedicated site contains all the necessary information for your successful application.The Electoral Meeting will be held on 27 May from 17:15 in room NI:A0311.

The first and most important requirement in order for your application to be valid is to be a member of our association for at least 21 days before the Electoral Meeting. The following link takes you straight to our sign-up form. Simply follow the instructions there to complete the process, which should only take a few minutes. Membership is FREE, and it is valid for 12 months at a time. The only prerequisite is that you must also be a member of Studentkåren Malmö.

Application period: open from 17 March to 13 April (23:59).The Nomination Committee will contact you soon after applications have closed to set up a date for your interview.Official nominations for each position will be decided upon by the Nomination Committee a few weeks before the Electoral Meeting, and the candidates will have about five days to respond (exact dates and durations will heavily depend on the amount of applicants).It is important to keep in mind that these are recommendations. So even if you have not been nominated, you are warmly encouraged to attend the meeting and floor nominate yourself, and let the voting attendees decide the outcome after hearing your self-introduction.IMPORTANT: You will have to have been a member of UF Malmö for at least 21 days before the Electoral Meeting to be eligible for a position and/or to be able to vote at the meeting!

The agenda containing the nominations will be published five days in advance (22 May).Fika will be provided!Electoral decisions made at the meeting will take effect on 1 July 2025, and your mandate will last until 30 June 2026—unless you decide to resign at an earlier date.


Shortly after the elections, an official Handover Meeting will be held for our newly elected board members and committee coordinators. You will get to talk one-on-one to the person who held your post previously, and receive crucial information and advice about your newly acquired position, as well as access to various accounts and platforms.Date and location TBD, as everyone's availability will have to be taken into account.
